Soil By Shane and Chloe

What is soil. Soil is a mixture of broken rocks and minerals, living organisms, and decaying organic matter called humus. Humus is dark, soft and rich in nutrients. Soil also includes air and water

How is soil formed? Soil is formed from chipped rocks, dead animals, compost.

What types of soil is there. There are all different types of soil. We are going to tell you the main three. The main three are clay, sand and silt.
