Homeless Continuum of Care Activities

Continuum Overview COMMUNITY SERVICES HUD requires all communities receiving McKinney-Vento homeless services funds to establish a local Homeless Continuum of Care CoC assesses, plans, and prioritizes utilization of HUD funds CoC is required to submit an annual coordinated application for McKenney-Vento funds DuPage County Department of Community Services serves as the lead agency for the CoC
