Vampire Bats Trevor

The animal I am researching is a Vampire Bat.

It has two legs. It is flexible. It can fly. They are small. How Bats Look It has two legs. It is flexible. It can fly. They are small.

Vampire bats can be found in South America.

What Vampire Bats Eat It sucks cows, horses, and donkey’s blood.

Habitat The vampire bat lives in caves. They can be found in tropical rain forests , mountains, and deserts.

Tell how the animal adapts to its environment. The vampire bat has sharp teeth to suck blood from its prey. It shares food with its family. It roosts high so that predators cannot get it.

Five Additional Facts about Vampire bats 1.Vampire bats only feed on sleeping animals. 2.When cows are asleep bats come and suck their blood. 3. The bats licks a spot on the animal’s ear or neck. 4. A substance in the bat’s saliva makes the animal’s blood flow easily. 5. Next, the vampire bites a circular piece of the animal’s skin and spits it out.
