In 1995 we opened our first overseas factory TECHLUXE METAL FACTORY in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China. In 2003, we completed the building of our second factory CHANG HE PRECISION ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD in Kunshan city, Jiangshu province, one of the most rapidly developed country level city.
