Here’s the news you need to know: Spring Pictures for Elementary Students Only will be taken Tuesday, March 8 th. You will get a chance to preview individual portraits before purchasing them. Class pictures are pre-paid. They are $17.00 each. Please make all checks payable to Lifetouch.

Introducing the Rubik’s Cube Club for middle school students only, will meet Thursdays in the library after school. This club will teach beginners how to solve a cube and ways to solve it faster with algorithm’s. Feel free to bring your own cube, but we have a supply for you to use. Hope to see you this Thursday.

The Kemps Landing Debate Team continues their season tomorrow against Salem.

Thank you to everyone who sent in Box tops. Collectively we raised over$1,500 for the school PTA. Great job! The winners of the winter/spring Box Top competition for grades 2-5 are: 3 rd place is Ms. Scott’s 2 nd grade class, 2 nd place is Ms. Kimbro’s 4 th grade class and 1 st place is Ms. Parker’s 5 th grade class. For the middle school, the Silverbacks won!

Keep clipping and saving those box tops! We plan to have one more collection period before the end of the school year. The teachers of the winning classes will be notified soon so that you all can have your official celebration.
