Page 4 Student 1 – Objective (Draft) The EDW Student 1 project is focusing on the admission process for commencing students from application, offer, and acceptance through to enrolment. It will provide capability to measure Actual Head Count & Actual EFTSL at various stages of the Student Admission lifecycle against Targets. Business Drivers: To be able to determine if enrolment targets are likely to be met To be able to determine how current Applications, Offers, Acceptances and Enrolments are tracking against previous year/s To be able to make informed decisions that will trend enrolments towards targets. To be able to monitor and measure how effective decisions have been in trending enrolments towards targets. The underlined terms will require standard definitions. Where an approved standard definition already exists, the project will use it or request change to be reviewed and approved by Data Governance Steering Committee if necessary.
