Presentation transcript:

Questionnaire By: Emma Coughlin & Rayna McClintock

When is the specific day of the Crash? October 24 th, 1929

What is that date called? Black Thursday

What was one of the main things that caused the Crash? Credit

What are the other two key things that caused the crash? Spending Stocks

Why do we believe that stocks, credit and spending caused the Crash? Because people would spend more money than they had using credit. Credit is money you spend then you have to pay the money back at the end of the month. So then companies would give people time to spend more money. Eventually they would not pay the banks back. People would not have any money, so the investors could not make any money. The investors needed money from the country to be able to invest in the stocks worldwide.
