School violence An infestation of schools across the world. Luke Goergen L period

Every week there are school shootings across the globe and mostly take place in the United States. Washington,Oregon,California, Alaska, are prone to school violence and are popular in these states.

Bullying is the number one cause of school violence and school shootings and is outlawed in almost every school in the country.

The Columbine shooting in Littleton Colorado was the most horrific school shooting to date. Until 2007 when a student at Virginia Tech named Seung-Hui Cho went around the school, shooting everybody on sight killing over 32 people.

School violence is usually an outcome of bad parenting or mistreatment at home and the problems are usually brought over to schools and are dealt with in a negative way.

School violence can be prevented by teaching students about nonviolent ways to deal with bullying and school violence and teachers to take a stand in stopping school violence.

Please join me, Susan Klebold foundation and millions other to fight against school violence. By standing up for kids that are being bullied and take action in your school.
