* Progress Report ▪ Be sure that your team Google site is up to date. Have a separate tab called Progress Report 2, and be sure to have this presentation along with all of the required files

* Progress Report ▪ Just list the work completed, emphasize work completed since last progress report, and any changes/issues ▪ Use the template called performance report

** Updated Scope Statement ▪ Update your scope statement from PR1 ▪ In this presentation, show the executing deliverables along with their descriptions (should have 2 full sentences for each as a minimum)

** Gantt Chart ▪ Copy an image of your Gantt chart created in Microsoft project and also link to it. Be sure you attach the mpp file in your Google site ▪ Focus on executing section, and include at least 4 milestones under executing

** Probability/Impact Matrix ▪ Show your probability/impact matrix ▪ Include 10 potential risks for project

* Risk Management Strategies For three most important risk events, describe strategies to deal with them and any additional tasks you may have added to your project based on these strategies *

** Deliverables ▪ A summary/sample of completed deliverables under executing ▪ For example, if you created some type of ad for an event, show it (flyer, Facebook page, etc.)

** Draft Schedule ▪ Comparison and explanation of estimated versus actual hours to date ▪ Show updated draft schedule, focusing on the hours per person and in total

* Summary of Communications with Sponsor ▪ Feedback from sponsor since last PR ▪ Sponsor must Professor at least three days before presentation of PR2
