Telecomm Basic Service 2.8% or 6.08 million fixed telephone line from the total 220 million population. 3 lines for every 100 person in Indonesia. 2.2 million cellular phone users. Telkomsel has 1.1 million subscribers and 600 whom are simpati card users.

Telecomm Non-Basic 76 radio paging companies. 8 public VSAT operators. 4-5 GMPCS license issued. 1 cable tv operator licensed.

Internet Indonesia 60 ISP licenses over 100 citis & 26 provinces. 12% or subscribers and 1 million users from the 2.2 million PC users in Projected subscribers in Projected subscribers in 2001.
