Purpose To apprise the Provincial Council on AIDS meeting on the preliminary findings of the PSP mid-term review

Background The PSP current reference document for the multi-sectoral response to HIV & AIDS, STIs and TB for the Province. PSP second comprehensive strategy document for the Province after the The purpose of the review: To assess status at mid-term in implementation of interventions towards meeting objectives of the PSP and gauge extent of delivery of results at end-term.

The expected outcomes were that (1) 80% of men and women aged 15–49 tested for HIV and know their HIV status by 2016 and (2) having an 80% TB cure rate.
