INCIDENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION Mission The 20-person Incident Management Division at Sector Columbia River responds to all pollution threats along the Columbia River, and the coastlines and navigable waters of Oregon and southern Washington state. CFV CHENA SPILL Coos Bay, Charleston, OR – Oct. 18, 2015 Wooden hull vessel sank at the dock in Coos Bay, Or with an estimated 350 gallons of oil product on board.

M/V GLOBAL GOLD Pier 1, Astoria, OR – Oct. 25, Oct2015, the Port of Astoria reported to Sector Columbia River that M/V GLOBAL GOLD allided with Pier 1 approximately 29 feet above the waterline in the Port of Astoria.
