  List specific criteria for students’ personal statements, curriculum vitae and letters of recommendation.  Describe resources and recommendations to assist with the commonly encountered challenges of advising fourth year medical students and preparing them for the Match.  Consider opportunities to implement or enhance an advising program for medical students going into Family Medicine.
