The duplication of microcirculation dysfunction and compared to application of vasoactive drugs function

EXPERIMENTAL EXPERIMENTAL AIMS To grasp the duplication of microcirculation dysfunction and inspect the changes of microcirculation and hemodynamics in mesentery and perfect cure principle. To comprehend the importance of the vasoactive drugs in different phase. To be familiar with the vasopressor and vasoexpander drugs in the treatment of infectious shock.

EXPERIMENTAL MATERIALS: Animal: 2.5kg rabbit Drugs: 3% sodium pentobarbital, 0.1% heparin, saline Escherichia coli, noradrenaline, 0.01% dopamine, 0.01% adrenaline, 2.5% phentolamine, isoprenaline, Atropine (654-2).

EXPERIMENTAL METHODS 1.The domestic rabbit weighs, arin-vein inject into 3% the Sodium Pentobarbital anaesthesia(1 ml/ kg), and lie on the back the rabbit to fix in the rabbit on the platform, then shear the hair. 2. Operation :(1)bronchi cannula ;(2)venous cannulation.(3) arterial cannulation. 3. Conjunction of the equipment.

4. The urethra puts the tube 5. Microcirculation and observational 6. Auri-vein infuse into the live E. Coli(1 ml/ kg) 7.Inspection 8. The group of treatment the infectious shock 9. The shock's various index signs of animal infections of record

1. The surgical operation inside should as far as possible avoid the ache, and prevent to lose the blood. 2. The attention keeping is tiny to circularly observe the area's temperature and degree of humidity, and prevent the blood bleeding because of the environment reason ceasing. 3. E. coli with fresh install for best. ANNOUNCEMENTS

DISCUSSION 1. Each period of shock mechanism for tiny circulation changing is what? 2. The afferent and live medicine of choice improves the basis of the shock's pathologic physiology is what? 3. Besides this experiment is inside of save the shock, for the infection which does shock have still save the shock? Its pathologic physiology basis is what?
