환자 55 세 남자 주소 복통 현병력 환자는 2002 년에 장중첩증으로 회장 절제술을 받은 과 거력 있던 분으로 1 달동안의 우측하복부의 복통과 소화불량 을 주소로 타병원에서 시행한 복부 전산화 단층 촬영상 cecal cancer 의심되어 자세한 검사 위해 내원하였다. 과거력 당뇨병 (-), 고혈압 (-), 결핵 (-) 뇌경색 (+) 가족력 : 특이사항 없음
