CUSTOMER VALUE PROPOSITION  The products that we sell are original and authentic.  Our customer can gain benefit of the product because scale figure are collectibles item.  Plush toys are one of our main business products. Our plush toys are imported from outside of Malaysia.

COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT 1. Teddy Treasures  Provide specialist toys that are asthma friendly, eco friendly and fair trade.  Lots of knitted treasures, puppets and baby soft toys.  Their toys are more suitable for age 5 and below.

2. Stuffed with Plush Toys  They guarantee that they will lower the cost if their customers see same toys cheaper than they sell.  Shipped items within 24 hours.  They do not have any retail store and only sell their items in website.

3. Nancy’s Plush Toys and Gifts  When special occasions come such as birthday, Christmas and Easter, they can made special theme with a soft stuffed animals.  They offer if their customer cannot find a particular stuffed animal, please them and they will find for you or make one of it.  They sell a specific category of toys which is only animal’s figures.

4. Toys Paradise  Provide a ‘Wish List’ application that allows parents and kids to work together to create a customized list of toys.  Provides parents more input on the gifts their children receive for holidays and birthdays.  Giving their customers a Paradise Reward points that may be redeem as discounts.

5. Jellycat  Launching many new soft toy designs every January and July.  Continuously experimenting with designs.  Price of products in Jellycat is cheaper than others and customer surely can afford to buy it.
