ECE477 Senior Design Android Street Car Patent Liability Analysis Team 12 Chun Ta Huang 2013/03/27

Project Overview Our goal is to design a robot vehicle which can manually controlled by human with Android phone. The vehicle can capture images, sensing the surroundings, feedback the information to the phone and some other minor functions.

Is this infringement? Yes, it is because those products are already patented and started to sell in the market, and some of functions did perform similar functions. No, it is because the way to perform those functions is different, and also beside those functions, we add other functions on them.
