In “Little Snow-White” by the Grimm Brothers, what kind of character is the huntsman? Be sure to back up your answer with evidence from the story.  CLAIM  Read the Question. Restate the question, and answer the question with your CLAIM.  In “Little Snow-White” by the Grimm Brothers, the huntsman was a sympathetic character.

In “Little Snow-White” by the Grimm Brothers, what kind of character is the huntsman? Be sure to back up your answer with evidence from the story.  EVIDENCE  Find your EVIDENCE from the story.  “The huntsman consented, and led her away; but when he drew his cutlass to pierce Snow-white’s innocent heart, she began to weep.”  “And as she was so lovely the huntsman had pity on her, and said, ‘Away with you then, poor child.’”  “…it was as if a stone had been rolled away from his heart when he did not put her to death.”
