 Download & Install JDK(JAVA Development Kit) & JRE(JAVA Runtime Environment) 

Download it!

 Excution JDK, JRE Setup files

 edit User Variable  Variable : PATH  Value : ;c:\Program Files\Java\jdk.1.6.0_16\bin ->;(Location of JDK)\bin

 edit System Variable  Variable : Path  Value : ;JAVA_HOME\bin

 Add New System Variable  Variable : CLASSPATH  Value : %classpath%. Dot!!

 Add New System Variable  Variable : JAVA_HOME  Value : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16

 Download Eclipse classic 3.5 

 Unpack File & Excution Eclipse classic 3.5

 Download EclipseUML 

 Excution Setup File

 Check Location Eclipse unpacked folder

 Make JAVA Project

 Debug & Run Debug&Run

 Make UML Diagram
