The platform’s objectives To build an information and linking platform on which the ECOST model development will rely. To define semantic contents, spatial grid and time rate of the information exchanges. To gather the needed data sets, which would be mainly of statistical nature. To make these information/data available for ECOST model, for scientific community and for public on a long term time.
