Globalisation

TNCs In 1998 out of 100 biggest economies in the world, 51 were TNCs Self-regulation (corporate social responsibility) –OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises –United Nations Global Compact Enforce HR in parent states (USA – Unocal (2005), Shell (2009) TNCs will have HR obligations
