Quit Overfunctioning: Choose to Let Go Numbers 11:10-15, 17, 21-23

Do I move in quickly to advise and fix things lest they fall apart? Do I have difficulty allowing others to struggle with their own problems? Do I find that in the long run it is simply easier to do things myself? Do I say yes when asked of me even if I am overloaded? Do I not trust others to do as good a job as I can? Do I not like asking for help because I don’t want to be a burden?
