XR5919 Steering Relief Valve Adjustment

Step1 Remove center cover Steering Priority Valve Test Port

Step 2 o Remove steering relief valve from steering priority manifold Steering Relief Valve

Step 3 o Remove steering relief valve from steering priority manifold o Disassemble valve o Clean all parts o Reassemble in reverse order using Loctite #262 on adjustment screw o Reinstall steering relief valve into the steering priority manifold Adjustment Screw

Step 4 o Install guage onto test port o Dead head steering one direction. o While holding steering to relief, adjust screw to /- 50 PSI o Dead Head steering the opposite direction to verify pressures are equal o Install cap and washer back onto steering relief valve o Reinstall cover and return to service
