Fiona Tan She is about 49 years of age. She was born in the year 1966 in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. She is most know for her photography, film and video installations. She was brought up in Australia, but she currently lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

links – Rise and fall. At the start of the video we see two screens set up playing two different videos. She has portrait screens and has placed them in a dark room. I think that this makes the videos seem very peaceful and because there is no sound playing you use only your eyes to connect to what is being shown on the screen. Personally some of the videos are boring but I think when played together at the same time it makes you think more about what they mean.

links - Biennale I like this one but sometimes the images that I am seeing can confuse me and I find my self wondering what the connection between the images are, I have different thoughts about how they are connected during various stages of the video, this I think helps make it more interesting because you are constantly changing your mind and opinion. I find the video peace full and I think that she has been very clever to show case her work in this way as I think that it is really interesting to look at.

Vito Acconci He is 75 years old and so was born in the year 1940 in New York city. He is a professional designer, landscape architect, performance and installation artist.

Solo expos I could not find a list for him, he has not done many so this is to be expected.

Undertone E - Vito Acconci E I think that he has a very interesting way of showing art in this video, he relates the image to the audience through spoken word which I think is an interesting an innovative way of showcasing it.

Acconci Vito Centers This image is interesting because of the way that he is just sat there in silence pointing at the screen. It makes you think what is he looking at what is he pointing at and how must he be feeling doing that. At the time this must have been a very different way of showing work.
