2 Goal 1 Provide training accessible from anywhere. Create a relevant training lesson (must meet a performance need) on a sales skill or human resources topic. Make it easily accessible to the learners who work in the field away from desks and offices.

3 Goal 2 Enable learners to create their own knowledge and share with others. Create a secure, collaborative learning environment. Make it easy for learners to share experiences and documents with peers and managers.

4 Questions Three questions to answer Do the learners value the training? How do learners share knowledge? What impact does the training have on performance translated to business results? ?

6 Project Goals The project has two goals related to business results. Goal 1 Reduce time to hire. Goal 2 Reduce turnover costs.
