2. To record a video 1.Select the Swivl Capture icon on your ipad. 2. Tap here to reverse the camera so it is facing you

3. 3.Tap the record button and begin recording your video 4.When you are finished, tap the three line button on the top left

4. 5.This will take you to an Options menu. Tap Library 6. Here you will see your videos. Tap the one you want to upload to your coach. Select Save to Photos. You may see “Swivl would like to access your photos” - Tap OK Tap the video you want to upload. You can delete videos here as well.

6. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage Click on “Sign in” to access the Collaborative Tools in CLI Engage:

7. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage The next screen will be the home page, which is called the “Dashboard”: Click on the purple Collaborative Tools button on the Dashboard, to access the area for uploading video’s.

8. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage After selecting Collaborative Tools, click on the “Share a file with my Coach” tab.

9. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage You should now see this screen with the green menu bar on the left and the blue “Upload File” tab. Click on the “Upload File” tab.

10. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage To upload a file: First enter a File Name, by entering a name for the file that relates to the video. For example “Ms. Smith Small Group Math” for the file name. Then click the buttons below to provide more information on the Video Content choices.

11. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage In the “Date Video Recorded” box, enter the date that you filmed the video.

12. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage In the “Upload File” section, click the Select File tab which will allow you to browse the files on your iPad and you can select the video from the photo library.

13. Tap Camera Roll and look for your video.

14. When you tap the video a blue check will appear on it. Then tap Done at the top right corner

Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage Once the file is selected there will be a waiting time as it Prepares the video for upload and you will see a blue bar showing the progress of the preparation. When it is ready, then a green checkmark will appear next to the file name and the Start Upload tab will turn green, cueing you to click it and complete the upload for the video.

16. Uploading your Classroom Video in CLI Engage The last step is to click the “Submit” tab at the bottom.
