3 RETIREES (Faculty & Staff) ( Soft Evidence and some hard evidence from surveys ) * Fewer Faculty and Staff retiring before 67+ * More Retirees' Associations are self-sufficient & have a greater capacity for social and educational activities * Newer retirees achieving more items on the bucket lists. * Advocacy is mainly important when it affects one personally and /or as an Association.
