3. Government 1/ Action Plan : Sending boats for transfer victims, animals ( Cows, hours, pigs, etc ) 2/ Flood waning system : alert people by TV, Radio, FB, water meter, etc.

4. 3/ Std Op Proc (SOP) : to secure with fair to everyone. The priority to children pregnant, old, sick people.

5. ENVIRONMENT 1/ River/Drainage : Clean up and rebuild small temporary bridge. Checking flood defenses, Clearing drains/block apes Emergency lifting of defenses based on latest expected river highs.
