Our Historical Timeline January 4, 2012: First Stakeholders’ Meeting January 11, 2012: First District Data Team Meeting to establish role of Data Team in the development of the District Accountability Plan (DAP) January thru mid-April 2012: District Data Team Meetings to Review Stakeholders’ input and develop draft district vision statement and DAP April 24, 2012 : Presentation of draft DAP to BOE Curriculum Committee for feedback April 25, 2012 : Presentation of draft DAP to Stakeholders for feedback. District Data Team COMPOSITION: The District Data Team is composed of: Teacher representatives from various schools, grades and content areas Principals (one from each level; elementary, middle and high school) Administrators from central office Superintendent’s Cabinet Members STRUCTURE: The District Data Team has: An overall District Data Team facilitator Four sub-committees, each with a Chairperson that focuses on: 1.Holistic Accountability 2.High Academic Achievement 3.Positive School Climate 4.Parent/Community Involvement 4 Bloomfield Public Schools Every Student, Every Day, Every Classroom
