28 Instructor Compensation 3 levels of compensation for adjuncts – $330 per unit (1 - 4 terms) – $365 per unit (5 – 8 terms)and professional development training – $400 per unit (9 +terms) and professional development training 2 levels of compensation for staff and administrators – $400 per unit – $500 per unit (online, after 4 p.m., or weekends) Rates subject to change based on Board of Trustees Approvals FYE Instructor Training 2010-2011
