9 Student Comments “I have always been scared to ask questions because I thought librarians were there to work primarily with the material and books and asking them questions would make them go out of their way in order to help you. It was nice to just get that clarification that they like helping and they are there to help with research.” “I loved it when I found out I could use multiple keywords rather than just one to narrow down my selection … I felt like I mattered as well as not a nuisance if I ask for help.”
