Provide multiple search paradigms, including geographic by Oregon Plan basin 2. Furnish information to guide user's search (e.g. links, contact information, navigation aids) 3. Provide information to assess data (e.g. file size, format, scale, previews)

5. Level II Requirements C. Serve selected OWEB data 1. Present downloadable files to user 2. Provide estimate of download time 3. Initiate file transfer at user request 4. Make transfer mechanism transparent to user
