STUDENTS have access to drag a file into any faculty member’s folder. **REMINDER: make sure students properly name their files and put their name/homeroom in the contents of the file for identification purposes. 7. STUDENTS will not be able to retrieve it once it is in the folder. 8. Same rules applies for FACULTY members who need to drop files into another faculty member’s folder.

8. Accessing Drop Boxes Only “YOU” have access to all the contents of your personal DROP BOX. Other Faculty Drop Boxes will have a “Security Lock” on the folder.

9. Accessing Drop Boxes You may edit/ save/ save as“all files” You may create Additional Folders Eg. Homeroom Folders, Subject Folders etc.

10. Accessing Drop Boxes All submissions into the Drop Box can be identified by USERID for identification of any inappropriate submissions. Students may submit files to an incorrect Faculty Drop Box by accident, please let the student know that they need to re-submit to their teacher again.
