2. Goal To find the best location in East Gainesville for a community youth center. The community youth center will be a safe, fun, educational place for the youth population of East Gainesville to frequent.

19. Conclusion We found an excellent site next to existing schools (elementary and middle), infrastructure, age 5-17 high density parcels, and bus routes. Our site is vacant and designated for public service zoning. Assessed value: $26,700 for 4.4 acres Mission accomplished
