11. 1 Timothy 1:13 13Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief.

12. Philippians 3:3-7 3For it is we who are the circumcision (meaning circumcised in heart, born again by the Spirit of God), we who worship by the Spirit of God, who glory in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh— 4though I myself have reasons for such confidence.

18. A Problem The lack of “thinking our sin is greater than the other person’s.”

19. 1 Timothy 1:16 “But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life.”
