10.  SSTN and PTN to upgrade the GBIF developed portal to the latest source code to include the newly developed modeling, tracking, and other features.  SSTN to Include all existing GBIF data providers in the IABIN portal.  SSTN and the IABIN Catalog CI should notify GBIF providers for permission to distribute exiting GBIF registered providers through the IABIN SSTN.
