1 Systems Improvement through Service Collaboratives (SISC) is part of the Open Minds, Healthy Minds: Ontario’s Comprehensive Mental Health and Addictions Strategy Service Collaboratives bring together multi-sectoral stakeholders to address system gaps and implement meaningful interventions 18 Service Collaboratives were established in communities across Ontario – including Scarborough and East York SISC OVERVIEW

2 SEY Service Collaborative 2 Community stakeholders Evidence Service Providers Youth Advisory Group Youth Focus Groups Intervention Walk-in service for youth in a space they already access Identified Gap Lack of timely and accessible mental health services and supports for youth

3 SEY Service Collaborative 3  Walk-in service to support youth with mental health concerns before they reach crisis  Services will be offered in a space that youth are already accessing  Will provide mental health counselling, as well as other holistic services to address needs of youth (e.g., justice, employment, settlement, etc.)  Resourced by community partners
