4. Incentive/Disincentive Provisions: Incentive Payment The Contractor will receive an incentive payment of $12,500.00 for each calendar day the work is completed ahead of the Original Contract Time Bid, up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00. For the incentive payment calculation, contract time will be adjusted only for a catastrophic event (hurricane or declared emergency).

5. Incentive/Disincentive Provisions: Disincentive Deduction The City will deduct from monies owed the Contractor $12,500.00 for each calendar day the work is completed later than the Allowable Contract Time Bid, up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00. For the disincentive deduction calculation, contract time will be adjusted per the General Conditions Section 11.9.
