5. 5 Phone/Fax: +7 (495) 232-35-40 / 254-69-00 www:http://www.tch.ru E-mail:info@tch.ru KEY PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT TCH undertakes to : a)Arrange operation of agencies accredited with CCS-TCH strictly in compliance with IATA standards; b)Submit output on sales and STD usage data to the Processing Center servicing settlement system in Russia in accordance with IATA standards; c)Transfer funds benefited from air services sales by CCS-TCH approved agencies to IATA members via IATA hinge account in the unified authorized bank – VTB; d)Use VTB bank as a unified authorized bank; e)Secure implementation of agreed procedures for IATA members joining the settlement system operating within Russia; f)Ensure issuance of air services for IATA members via network of agencies accredited with CCS-TCH through GDSs, certified by IATA and CCS-TCH; g)Ensure interaction with GDSs under IATA and CCS-TCH standards.
