3 IEEE 802.15-04-355/r0 Submission July 2004 Hiroyo Ogawa, NICT Radiofrequency Radiation Protection Guidelines Telecommunication Technology Council (TTC) reported “Radiofrequency Radiation Protection Guidelines for Human Exposure to Electromagnetic Fields (RRPG)” to Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) in 1990. TTC revised RRPG in 1997. MPT begun legislation of parts of RRPG since 1999 and 2002.
