1 Google Presentations Create, Pictures, Animation, and More Holli Levy, 2013

2 Create a Presentation In Google Drive, click on Create and choose Presentation.

3 Choose a Theme

4 Rename Presentation You will start with a formatted slide. Click on "Untitled presentation" and change the name of your presentation.

5 Rename Presentation Rename and click "OK"

6 Share Presentation In the upper right corner of your presentation, click "Share" Type in the email addresses of the classmates who will be working on the project with you: firstlast@ridgefieldps.net

7 Share Presentation When you click in the box to add people, you can allow them to view, comment, or edit. Choose edit. Don't forget to add your teacher's Google e-mail to the list of people who can edit the project.

8 Revision History Every time someone works on a shared document it shows up in the Revision History. It is easy to see who has worked on a project, when, and what was done by each individual in the group.

9 Add Text Click to add title and subtitle - or create your own text boxes. Go to "insert" or use the shortcut. You can also change the background.

10 Working with Text Font Style Font Size Bold, Italics, Underline Align Text Background Color Text Color When working with others on the same document you can add a comment using this tool.

11 Add a Slide Click on the red + or choose the drop down arrow to choose the type of slide you want to add.

12 Insert an Image Click on "Insert" and "Image" or Use the Image Shortcut Then click on "Choose and Image to Upload" and choose a picture from your files.

13 Add Video Click on "Insert" then choose Video

14 Add Video Search YouTube for a video or insert the URL of the video.

15 Animation Click on "Insert" and choose "Animation" Click on the first object you want to animate.

16 Animation Choose the animation you want for that object and "Add animation" Each time you choose another object you can add another animation.

17 Animation This is also where you can change the transitions between slides.

18 Saving There is no need to save your project. All projects and documents in Google Docs (Google Drive) save automatically.
