1. The Blockheads Status Presentation I

2. Week 1 Changes were made to our timeline and program based on the meeting held with Dr. Snell on Thursday, January 4 th. Reviewed, prepared, and presented CS425 Final Presentation. Established group status.

3. Week 2 Split up program. Held group meeting with Dr. Snell. Adjusted and nailed down important deadlines. Screen shots for conference due March 8 th. Beta test scheduled for March 21 st. Classroom session moved to April. Discussed program analysis. Signed Contract. Established semester plan.

4. Weeks 3 & 4 Set up and tested final database structure. Connected the program to the database. Worked on analysis features of the program. Tables Graphs Researched how to use help files in our program.

5. Goals for Weeks 5,6, & 7 Integration of the two main parts of our program. Begin documentation and develop test plans. Addition of help files to the program. Continue work and progress with the analysis parts of the program. Group testing.

6. Looking Ahead : March Continue testing. Screen shots due on March 8 th. Prepare for beta test on March 21 st. Continue testing and modifications after beta test. Possibly prepare for a second beta test.

7. Looking Ahead: April Possible second beta test. Minor program modifications if necessary. Finish testing. Have program completely finished by early to mid April. Session with Dr. Snell’s Class. Work on Final Documentation and Final Presentation.
