3 ® Before The Portal – Customer Customer downloads form from OG&E web site Customer fills out forms and submits to OG&E via email pdf, mail or fax Customer does not know rebate amount until notified by OG&E 3

4 ® Before The Portal – OG&E Manual entry into spreadsheets off paper forms Manual entry into OG&E database Program managers must do math on rebate Program manager fills out check requisitions by hand Tallying totals and roll-ups is difficult and time consuming 4

5 Overview OG&E Sought a Way To : Allow customer to input lighting data for calculations Allow customer to see savings and rebate data in real time Feed data into OG&E database automatically, allowing reliable tracking of kW and kWh savings Allow uploading and electronic storage of invoices, supporting documents and photos Increase the speed of payment to customers/contractors Increase customer satisfaction
