Kramer Littlejohn Engineering Associates District: 6 Acreage:11.46 gross acres Request:To rezone five (5) parcels containing 11.46 acres with a development program consisting of up to 39,823 sq. ft. for restaurant uses, 333,423 sq. ft. of entertainment retail uses, 95,371 sq. ft. of general retail uses, 350 hotel rooms, and a maximum 700-foot high tower containing a roof- top restaurant and “wrap-around” rollercoaster.
