4 This is a two part campaign – Show and Deliver Order date: 01 September 2015 Pick up date: 11/12 September 2015 – Take Order Order date:NLT 06 November 2015 Pick up date:20 & 21 November 2015

6 TOOLS Printed promotional materials Regular meetings with Council/Area/Group coordinators in-person and/or Webinars. Printed order forms for youth Access to on-line order program “The Square” for electronic payment at the door. WWW.Scoutspopcorn.ca

7 On-Line Ordering The Youth will use the paper order forms The Group will enter data into the On-line program The Area will review and confirm the Group orders NO LATER THAN 06 November 2015 The Council will review and consolidate the order and submit on 08 November 2015

8 Payment “Show and Deliver” – Post-dated cheque on order Pick Up. (30 calendar days after Pick up) “Take Order” – cheque for the FULL AMOUNT on order Pick Up. NO EXCEPTIONS

9 2014 Participation Voyageur Council has 98 active Groups. 56 Groups participated in the 2014 Popcorn Campaign. That is a 57% participation rate Our aim is for at least 80% Group Participation What can we do to help you achieve this target

11 Be More Efficient Fundraising takes people power to plan and complete whether you make $400 or $4,000 Average sales per group = $4,262 Lowest sales in a Group $460 Highest sales in a Group $28,600 4 Groups sold over $10,000

12 Get More Sellers Involved Getting more youth involved: 12 of 36 youth sell 3 packages each = $288 profit to Group 24 youth sell 3 packages each = $576 1 st Stittsville motivate 80% of their 201 youth Why can’t you?
