2. Structure of assets as at 01/02/2016 At this time, the statutory fund of the company is 615 323 thousand UZS. Number of shares - 615 323 pieces. History of creation JSC "Uzneftegazinformatika" 1980As part of the All-Union Industrial Association of Gas Industry in the Uzbek SSR (Soyuzuzbekgazprom) created Sectional Information Centre in Tashkent (KIVTS VPO "Soyuzuzbekgazprom"). 1988KIVTS VPO "Soyuzuzbekgazprom" transformed into KIVTS ON "Sredazgazprom". 1993KIVTS ON "Sredazgazprom" transformed into KIVTS GAO "Uzneftegazdobycha". 1995KIVTS GAO "Uzneftegazdobycha" with reorganized into OJSC "KIVTS". 1998JSC "KIVTS" renamed to OAO «KIVS». 2006JSC «KIVS» was renamed into JSC "Uzneftegazinformatika". 2014JSC "Uzneftegazinformatika" renamed to OAO "Uzneftegazinformatika".
