3 Selection Summary This Cinderella story is narrated by Cendrillon’s godmother, who has a magic wand. She and Cendrillon go to the ball, but when the princely Paul later arrives with a slipper, Cendrillon refuses a magical change back into her beautiful clothes. Paul loves her for herself, and they wed.
