6. Mid term progress reports For your block classes, it means you only have 34 days left to pull up/maintain your grade before it will be permanently on your transcript in December. For your “skinny/yearlong” classes, it means you are ¼ of the way through until you get your final grade in May for your transcript.

7. What is the big deal about transcript and G.P. A? Transcript – official record of your grades and attendance that colleges/places of employment review to see whether they want to accept you. G.P. A. – grade point average. Certain colleges, technical schools, athletic eligibility require a certain G. P.
