4 As you can see there is improvement for appointment times. We do attempt to adhere to the times allocated to each patient but as you can understand there are times when an emergency situation can arise and this can delay further appointments. Although we offer the same day appointment system we have some appointments allocated for pre-booking in advance. However when these are taken your choice of clinician and time is limited due to availability at the time of making you appointment. We will always endeavour to accommodate genuine emergency at all times. Please give adequate time when cancelling appointments so that these can be offered to other patients. Unfortunately we still have a large number of people who do not attend appointments and fail to cancel. This is a waste of valuable resources.

7 We do understand that there is a problem at times with our parking facilities and at times there are not enough car parking spaces available, we have to share these facilities with the surrounding bungalows, Manor Pharmacy Chemist and the community centre. Please park your car sensibly to allow access for emergency services at all times. We also had several comments about the doors being heavy to push unfortunately these doors are fire doors that we are unable to alter due to Health and Safety regulations. We are always happy to help you with your access to surgery just ask at reception on you arrival. We also ask that people with pushchairs leave them in the entrance as this is a Health and safety issue. During baby clinic times we understand that there is a shortage of room but please be aware of leaving enough room for access for our other patients.
