2. 2 Goal and Objectives Goal of the APEC ITS Group –Save lives, time, money and the environment through the realization of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Objective –development of a framework of standards to achieve APEC-wide interoperability within and between broad ITS applications (where this is considered to be most beneficial to Member Economies)
